Day 307 – Tsutarja | ツタージャ | Snivy

Tsutarja doesn’t use its arms very much, because they’re paper-thin. It hides vines in its collar, giving it a popped look. It slams the water with its tail when it’s bored to the point that it can become proficient at using Aqua Tail.
